Some of the things our tamariki has been doing today...
We read the story 'I'm the King of the Mountain'. We discuss that we can also be the king of the mountain and brought our Habits into this. Tamariki decided that the all would like to be on top of the mountain and would like to stand tall. E Tu Hei Maunga. They drew some pictures of the story...
Tamariki then did some phonics, build and write words and there was a little bit of maths on the side...
And of course tamariki had a bit of a play, followed by a lovely lunch of chicken pizza and an oat biscuit.
Finally, tamariki had a chance to practice their cutting skills...
